Bus Trips

Run Ottawa organizes 2 annual trips to popular race destinations, open to all runners with special rates and privileges for members.

2009 Marine Corps Marathon — October 23 to October 26,
Washington D.C.

A round trip bus trip to the U.S. Capital includes 3 nights accommodation, double occupancy (Embassy Suites Hotel, Arlington, Virginia), full buffet breakfasts and surprise extras.

Cost: $650 Canadian plus $120 for guaranteed race entry.

Summer 2010 — Race Destination — To be determined

This past July 11/12, 2009 the Run Ottawa Club organized a trip to the Utica Boilermaker 15K Road Race, held in Utica, New York. One of the most popular races in the eastern United States and a popular venue for the former National Capital Runners Association, this may again be the destination for 2010. An announcement will be made this fall as to the chosen event for Run Ottawa Club members.
